Zirkonofen 600 heating element replacement (600/V2, V3, V4)
Zirkonzahn lists two MoSi2 heating elements for the Zirkonofen 600/V3 and V4 and sells the heating element singly as ERAA0331. The 600/V2 manual shows how the elements and terminal blocks come out. Send the version and a photo of the old element.

- Decide whether you replace one or both elements; ERAA0331 is sold as 1 piece [1].
- Check the contact straps while the elements are out; Zirkonzahn lists them separately (ERAA0864) [1].
- Mark where the ceramic terminal block sits on the old element: 3.6–3.7 cm from the end [4].

Zirkonzahn’s manual mounts the ceramic terminal block at 3.6–3.7 cm from the heating element’s end and warns of a risk of breakage when tightening it [4].
